The item is NOT mint but is an exceptionally rare OFFICIAL Japanese RCA Records promotional item. Please check scans before bidding.

CONDITION:
The booklet has water damage, mainly on the cover - this has caused some light brown stains on some pages (see scans) and the paper is slightly uneven in places. In addition, the metal staples have rusted and the area around the staples are stained. The centre page has a couple of handwritten dates/ages etc.
Despite the water damage the book still looks very nice, it is NOT mint but would be a lovely addition to any Sylvie Vartan collection.

Ultra rare Japanese PROMO ONLY booklet (NOT a tour book), manufactured by RCA Records - includes loads of photos, text is in Japanese.
One the bottom of the cover there is a printed Japan Yen price next to the RCA Records logos -
the printed price was included on similar RCA items of this era for licensing reasons but this item is an official PROMO ONLY item - not for sale in stores or at concerts etc. Only for music writers and record company staff.
